Because the District of Columbia is not a state, the Clemency Board cannot grant clemency but it can recommend clemency to the President of the United States and the DOJ Pardon Attorney. |
The notice and agenda for the Clemency Board meeting on 10/14/2022 is published in the DC Register. It is also linked here for your convenience.
The first half hour of the meeting will be open to the public (10:30 am - 11:00 am) and the second hour will be closed to the public (11:00 am - 12:00 pm) pursuant to 1 DCMR 703.7(b).
