The first hour of the meeting is open to the public (10:30 am - 11:30 am), and the second hour of the meeting is closed to the public (11:30 am - 12:30 pm), pursuant to the Open Meetings Act (DC Official Code §§ 2-575(a)(4) and 2-576) and (DC Official Code §§ 2-575(b)(1)) and 2-575(b).
