The first hour of the meeting was open to the public (10:30 am - 11:30 am) and the second hour was closed to the public (11:30 am - 12:30 pm) for the purpose of a training for the Board members, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Section 2-575(b)(12). NOTE: Due to the lack of a quorum and the meetings late start, the board decided to reschedule the closed meeting for a later date.
*Update: It came to our attention that this meeting would not reach a quorum at 10:30am; thus, the meeting began at 11:00am. If you have any questions regarding this change in time, please email [email protected].
